Les Élus Contre Le Sida is an association founded by Jean-Luc Roméro with the aim of supporting and setting up information and prevention actions on AIDS for elected officials, patients and the general public. Each year, the association organises the General Assembly of Elected Representatives Against AIDS (États généraux des Élus Contre le Sida), a national conference where Mélo'Men has regularly been invited to close the debates with music.
