The Gay and Lesbian Association of Choruses (GALA Choruses) is an international association of LGBT choirs founded in 1982. It aims to foster artistic and organizational development within its member choirs, which sing as male, female and mixed ensembles. GALA Choruses organizes a major festival every four years in America.

This Festival 2000 brought 140 performing groups and more than 5,000 singers to San Jose for the largest gay and lesbian choral event in history, from 22 to 29 July 2000.
