World AIDS Day is an international day dedicated to raising awareness about the AIDS pandemic, established by the World Health Organization (WHO). It has been held every 1 December since 1988 with the support of the United Nations General Assembly.
Mélo'Men participates in the inauguration of the Artère, a memorial created by the French artist Fabrice Hyber in tribute to the victims of AIDS, installed in the Parc de la Villette. The inauguration took place in the presence of Jacques Chirac, Line Renaud and Pierre Bergé.
